Child’s Vision

Child’s Vision aims to support children who have been affected by Domestic Abuse in Kent. We were established in 2017 and are based in Maidstone, Kent.

The main service is bespoke 1:1 school support sessions over a period of 6-8 weeks. They are approximately 30 minutes each session and help the child with their emotions and self esteem.

Child’s Vision also facilitate the Children’s Freedom Programme and a new Teens Programme called “Know my worth”.

There is an opportunity to attend well being Therapeutic Workshops, for smaller groups of children, to help them learn to build new friendships and relationships.

There is an inhouse Toy Bank (Calico’s Toy Chest) for children who have fled Domestic Abuse with little or no belongings, or to families that don’t have much due to Domestic Abuse.
