Dementia Friendly Hampshire

Dementia Friendly Hampshire works to improve the lives of people living with dementia in Hampshire by supporting them to stay active and connected with nature. We run accessible cycling sessions, sailing sessions and gardening sessions and these sessions always involve an element of social interaction. An important element of our work is to support carers, giving them confidence to try things they may feel they could no longer do with their loved one.
